JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are busy planning for their dream wedding. Amid reports that The Bachelorette 2016 couple has already broken up, Fletcher and Rodgers have been sharing sweet snaps on Instagram in an attempt to shut down those rumors.

According to Brides, JoJo Fletcher has already started her bridal workout in preparation for their big day. The 25-year-old real estate developer is also on a pre-wedding diet, which she admits is not the easiest thing to do.

“Dieting is hard for me. I love food too much… I love Mexican food and truffle mac ‘n cheese — anything cheesy!” she shared.

In order to stay in shape, Fletcher shared that she has started cooking more and more healthy dishes and avoiding getting takeouts. The Bachelorette 2016 lead, however, admitted that she still has cheat days every once in a while.

“I cook more now that I’m getting older because you can’t eat out every single day. It’s easy to grill a piece of chicken and steam broccoli. I eat healthy and then I’ll have a cheat day,” she said.

Fletcher also has quite a simple exercise routine. Unlike others who like to get help from a trainer, she prefers doing cardio on her own and attending spin classes. She shared that she has been going to the gym a couple times a week.

“I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes. I’ll take my dog to the park and run with him. That counts!”In an interview with People, JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers admitted that they are not against having a televised wedding. After all, fans of The Bachelorette have already seen their love story unfold on television.

“It would be fun to share that,” Rodgers said

Rodgers popped the question at the end of The BacheloretteSeason 21. While initial reports claimed that he picked a 3.5 carat Neil Lane diamond ring for Fletcher, he later clarified that the engagement ring was just three carats in total. According to International Business Times, Rodgers picked the ring himself and was nervous that Fletcher would end up not liking it. While they “kind of” discussed the type of rings they liked prior to the engagement, they did not talk about it in full detail. Rodgers, however, knew that he picked the right engagement ring as soon as he saw it and just hoped for the best.

“As soon as that box opened I knew it was the one,” Rodgers said.

Although their wedding plans are still in its early stages, Fletcher’s mom has already started drafting a guest list, inviting everyone from their big family. Contrary to early reports, it seems like Fletcher’s family could not be any happier having Rodgers as a son-in-law. Back in August, their family and friends threw the newly engaged couple a massive party in Texas. On Instagram, Fletcher shared that they were completely caught off guard by the surprise.

“Jordan and I were going out to what we thought was just a little dinner with friends but instead walked into a room full of both our friends and family to celebrate our engagement. We are so incredibly blessed,” Fletcher shared.

In spite of this gesture, insiders close to JoJo Fletcher still insisted that some of her friends are unhappy with the wedding news. They told Life & Style magazine that Fletcher will be making the biggest mistake of her life by marrying a “monster” like Rodgers.

“Friends are urging her to call off the wedding. They begged JoJo not to make the mistake of marrying a monster.”
