SBMS Scholarship, also referred to as ePass, is offered by the Andhra Pradesh Government towards the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class, Disabled, and Economically Backward Class students studying post matriculation courses. It enables eligible students to complete their education. SBMS Scholarship presents Reimbursement of tuition charges in full, Maintenance charges or Mass fee in accordance with rates, and is sanctioned twice a year. Eligible students are those who belong to any on the above categories, pursuing University/Board approved post matric courses and passes the SSC (Matric) Examination.

Courses are grouped in 4 sections, every with its own rates for Attached Hostel, Students Managed, and Hostel Day Scholars. The Maintenance charges or Mess charges are sanctioned monthly according to the rates. Group I courses are Engineering, Medicine, MBA, MCA, CPL which has the highest prices. Group II involve PG, M Phil, PhD, CA, Polytechnic, GNM courses. Group III covers Degree courses while Group IV contains Intermediate, ITI, Vocational, MPHW courses.

Ineligible students are individuals who belong to another category, whose parental earnings is above the Rupees A single lakh, pursuing part-time courses, on the web courses, admitted beneath Sponsored seats, and Management Quota seats, drawing the stipend much more than the scholarship amount in aggregate per annum. Students of BC, EBC and DW students studying the Courses provided by open universities, distant mode, category B seats in MBBS, BDS, and EBC students studying Intermediate or equivalent courses

The application may be submitted on-line at "epasswebsite." Applications need to be submitted inside a single month from admission date. When a challenging copy application is submitted in the college an authentic certificate is issued precisely the same day by the Principal. Extra necessary info is your date of birth, SSC exam number, pass year, SSC pass form, and academic years. A physical verification is performed twice a year: 1 month ahead of school reopens and within one month from when a school admission closes. The course of action should be completed 1 month from submission on the SBMS application.
