[b]Dr. Thomas Marvelli[/b] is a member of an array of professional societies such as Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists, American Academy of Ophthalmology, Tarrant County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, Forth Worth Pediatric Society, Arlington Medical Society, Tarrant County Ophthalmology Society, International Society of Refractive Keratoplasty, Texas Ophthalmology Association, American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Arlington Pediatric Society, and Kerato-Refractive Society. He also involves himself in a charitable organization named Veterans affairs and children.

[b]Dr. Thomas Marvelli[/b] was born on September 29, 1953 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. From 1968 to 1971, he attended Galesburg Senior High School which is situated in Galesburg, IL. After this, he attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL from 1971 to 1972. In 1974, he won G.B. Dudley Award at Eastern Illinois University for being an outstanding student in the physical and life sciences. Apart from this, he was also an honorable member of President's Scholar Program at Southern Illinois University, Beta Beta Beta, Phi Sigma Society, and American Chemical Society.

In 1975, [b]Dr. Thomas Marvelli[/b] attained his B.S degree in zoology/chemistry (high honors) from Eastern Illinois University located in Charleston, IL. In 1978, he joined Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, Maywood, IL in order to complete his M.D. From the year 1978 to 1980, he was a resident in Internal Medicine at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He was also a resident in Internal Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center from 1980 to 1981. Apart from this, from 1981 to 1984, he was a resident in Ophthalmology at Louisiana State University Eye Center. Beside this, he was a fellow in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the same university from 1984 to 1985.

[b]Dr. Thomas Marvelli[/b] loves to involve in Charitable works for veterans affairs and children. He always share his skills and knowledge for the welfare of society wherever he can offer.
