“This is a Man’s World” was started by Michelle Hands who set out documenting her journey of being a woman working in the construction industry. Realizing that women were largely under-represented within the workforce she set out to change that. By reflecting on her own personal experiences of surviving in a man’s world for the past 12 years, she created a blog and brand which aims to inspire and empower women to chase their lifelong dreams and career aspirations through stories and products.
