"I first met Haaris when he was a young lad after paying a visit to his amateur boxing club (Grange ABC) while I was still an active professional boxer.

In 2022, I went along to support the Welsh Boxing Team at the Commonwealth Games which Haaris had qualified for and was competing at in the Middleweight Division.

Once Haaris finished his amateur career, he asked me if I’d be interested in becoming his professional boxing trainer. I thought it would be a great opportunity for us both as his boxing style is similar to mine in that he’s a boxer rather than a fighter, so I agreed.

Under my guidance, I’ve seen Haaris develop from an amateur into a boxer with a professional style. With only a few minor adjustments, he’s improved massively and I feel that within the next few years, he will be a force to be reckoned with in the Super Middleweight Division".
