Theodore Cavaliere recently celebrated his tenth year of highly successful work as a finance professional. He graduated from Hofstra University with a BS in Public Accounting, immediately took and passed the notoriously difficult Certified Public Accountant exams in New York, and has since gone on to enjoy a fruitful ten-year long career in the field of finance and business. Theodore Cavaliere has acquired a broad range of experience from his different roles in several large companies, and has been promoted to several different senior-level and management positions within these companies.

Theodore Cavaliere attributes his success to his excellent education at Hofstra University, describing how “they really put there students first at that institution... I really felt that my professors were very dedicated to ensuring that I got the best education I could, and was prepared to really pursue a career in finance and accounting to the fullest. I got a lot of support there to think ahead about what kind of career I wanted, and how to make sure that I would get the types of jobs I wanted upon graduating.” Theodore Cavaliere also believes that “hard work and passion for what you do is always critical to doing well in your career... there’s just no simple or easy replacement for that.”

Theodore Cavaliere is excited to continue exploring his potential in the field of finance and business. “There’s so much I’ve learned in the past ten years, and I feel like I’m really prepared at this point to be innovative, to really find ways to apply my knowledge in order to expand the companies I work for, to influence major decisions and to take risks in the pursuit of growth.” Theodore Cavaliere believes that the field of finance is “in a critical moment, where it’s really expanding and changing a lot... as our economy becomes increasingly financialized, and these issues are becoming more complex than ever, it’s important that people who work in business have a really solid understanding of how accounting and finance works, even as it continues to evolve.”

Theodore Cavaliere is celebrating this milestone by taking the week off to vacation in the Bay Area with his family. He is an avid runner and plans to spend the week running, going to the beach, and doing leisurely reading.
