Free health camp conducted at Quthbullapur Mandal, Hyderabad by Coolcake.in.

Coolcake.in conducted this camp mainly to provide free eye check up to people. Blood donation program is also carried out as part of this health camp.

This camp is held mainly to help the poor get their health checked at least once in a year for free. This program is held every year on the 12th January, 2017 so as to commemorate the birthday celebrations of Swamy Vivekananda. It was held at a community hall in Gandhi Nagar, Quthbullapur Mandal by the entire team of Coolcake.in.

CEO of Coolcake.in, G. Shyam Krishna stated, “This is just a small initiative from our end to help people who are in need of blood. By organizing such camps, we are trying to give solution for the blood shortage problem, which most of the people face in emergency situations. Every year we come forward to help the needy by conducting health check up and donate blood. This time, we have even planned eye check up to the needy and provide them free spectacles.”

“At present, we are contributing nearly 10 to 15% of income for orphanages and such programs and doing our best to help the people in need. It’s been just a year and half since we started this ecommerce website. As of now, we are into selling a wide range of cakes and gifts online. As the company starts progressing, we will definitely increase the percentage of our contribution for such social programs and activities,” he added.
