Terry Baltes founded the company in Dayton, Ohio in 1977 and has served as the company owner since day one. Since its founding, Baltes Commercial Realty, Ltd has had remarkable success in the commercial real estate field in the Midwest region and beyond.

Baltes Commercial Realty, Ltd primarily services the greater Dayton area, as well as other regions of Ohio. Outside of Ohio, Baltes Commercial Realty sells properties in other Midwestern states, such as Indiana and Kansas. Recently, Baltes Commercial Realty listed properties in more distant regions, including West Virginia and Louisiana. Terry Baltes has always been ambitious when it comes to selling properties outside of his native Ohio and is eager to take on all challenges regardless of location.

Terry Baltes founded Baltes Commercial Realty, Ltd only five years after he finished college. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 1972 with a triple Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate, Marketing, and Finance. After his graduation, Terry Baltes knew that he wanted to start his own company. “I was only a few years out of college and still relatively young, but I had a clear vision of what I wanted my company to be,” he explains, “and I pursued that vision tirelessly.” Through a lot of hard work and perseverance, Terry Baltes was able to found Baltes Commercial Realty in 1977.

Terry Baltes wanted his company to be based on the principle of action, with an emphasis on maintaining successful client relationships. These professional values allowed Terry Baltes to succeed in his vision for his company and created the foundation for Baltes Commercial Realty, Ltd’s impressive client database and sales record. Terry Baltes has a sales record of over three billion dollars and has maintained lifelong relationships with owners and investors alike.
