Rinsing your nose with saline can prevent you from coronavirus

Rinsing the nose with saline can help people recover quickly from the common cold but no study has shown that it can prevent you from coronavirus.

Eating garlic can prevent you from contracting coronavirus

Garlic is a healthy food that has antimicrobial properties. However, there is no evidence that says eating garlic can protect you from coronavirus.

Face masks can save you against coronavirus

Face masks can definitely help in protecting you from getting infected with coronavirus. But they also do not have a 100% guarantee of protection. Using face masks will still help you in catching the virus easily when someone coughs or sneezes.
