Tatum Sherman knows firsthand how devastating unemployment can have on a family and the community as a whole. Dismayed by the high unemployment rates in New Jersey, she set out to help her local community turn things around. She always dreamed about being a business owner and set out to start a staffing agency to help members of her community find meaningful jobs. She has worked hard to build strong relationships with the local businesses and has seen her company grow into a successful staffing agency. Every year, she is able to help place thousands of individuals in open positions throughout the area and help companies find hard-working and qualified employees.

Tatum Sherman has always had to deal with a lot of adversity. As a young black woman from a poor family, she was determined to become successful. Despite having the odds stacked against her, she worked hard throughout her life and realized her dreams when she started Resource Referral. With her continued hard work and commitment, she has built a hugely successful staffing agency in New Jersey and become a role model for young black women in her community and across the United States. She has built a strong reputation in the community for her hard work and dedication to helping individuals find jobs, decreasing the unemployment rate and bringing vital income into the local community.

Tatum Sherman is married to writer and has two beautiful children. After a long and stressful day running her business, she enjoys listening to classical music. She says it helps to clear her head and provides her with a calming and soothing atmosphere, allowing her to start her days of relaxed and refreshed. When she is not busy with her work and children, she can be found enjoying a good pedicure or relaxing in the sun. Both activities help her to relax and refresh her mind and body, and keep her focused and ready to tackle any problems that might arise.
