Vista, CA - Eco Building Products, Inc., (OTC PINK: ECOB ) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with DrJ Engineering to review its substantive testing and analytical data which will be used to support certification of code compliance for its product lines based on given end uses. DrJ is an ANSI accredited product evaluation service provider and professional engineering firm that works with manufacturers to expedite new products into the market.

"The biggest hurdle we face in bringing our Eco FT (fire treated Class A) product to market is gaining acceptance by local building departments. The building codes are written in such a way as to require innovative new products like Eco's to follow the alternative materials, design and methods section of the Code. We can and do overcome this every day, however it is a laborious, project by project approach. Aligning with DrJ will streamline and expedite these local approvals," said Tom Comery, President and CEO of Eco Building products.

DrJ is an ISO/IEC 17065 accredited product certification body that uses ANSI Accreditation Services because of its well established accreditation process and Mutual Recognition Agreements (MLAs), which provide for world-wide recognition of certificates of conformity issued by certification bodies accredited by members of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).

Mr. Comery said that, "Eco expects this agreement will knock down barriers beginning immediately which will become even more important as we expand our Eco FT (fire treated) Class A suite of products. We have advanced our full scale testing of panels and SP dimension and are optimistic we will make the necessary refinements to the formulation in order to pass ASTM E 84. Securing this agreement now sets the table for a swift market introduction when the time comes."
