1. What does StoneHeadBikes motorcycle rental include?

Our motorcycle rental service includes a helmet for the driver, full insurance with excess, free cancellation with a 24-hour notice, roadside assistance, unlimited kilometers, and discount if you book online.

2. What is necessary to rent a motorcycle? Do I need some special documents?
You need your Aadhar Card and credit/debit card to pay the deposit and your driver's license. To rent a motorcycle with StoneHeadBikes you have to have a valid driver's license in the country where you are going to rent it.

3. Is any kind of deposit necessary?
Yes. You need to pay a security deposit for the motorcycle. The deposit can only be paid by credit or debit card. No charge will be made if there is no event that requires it.

4. Can two people go on 1 Motorcycle for the adventure tour?
Yes. You can drive all our bikes with a passenger. In this case, you would need a second helmet, which has an additional cost.

5. Can I drive without a helmet?
No. It is totally forbidden to drive a motorcycle without a helmet. Both the driver and the passenger have to go with the helmet well placed and tied, on any type of motorcycle.

6. What happens if I have an accident or a motorcycle is stolen?
You are covered by comprehensive insurance with excess. On the damages that can be caused in the motorcycle, or the theft of the same, you have to pay the amount that appears in the franchise contract. If you have contracted the extra insurance of reduction of the franchise, in case of theft or damage, you will have to pay only the reduced amount of the contracted franchise.

7. What is covered by insurance included?
The insurance that comes with the rental price covers damages to third parties. It also covers roadside assistance within the limits set in the contract. Damage or theft that the motorcycle may suffer has Rs ____ to Rs ____ franchise, depending on the motorcycle model chosen. All accessories (helmets, top case, GPS, gloves,) are not covered by insurance and will have to be paid separately in case of loss or damage.

8. Can I travel outside the city?
Yes. But you should consider the limits: you cannot drive outside the city with a 100cc sooty. With a 125cc motorcycles or more, you can drive unlimitedly. Remember that each store has a specific area that covers motorcycle insurance as well as roadside assistance and it is not allowed to drive outside these limits. Please check in the store before you start enjoying it.

9. Do you have a home delivery/hotel service?
Yes, we have it. In most destinations in your online reservation you can add the extra “Delivery / Pick-up of the motorcycle”. Choose it and we will take the selected motorcycles and extras to the location you have chosen (hotel, airport ...) etc.

10. Can i modify my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Modifications are not allowed with a notice of fewer than 24 hours in advance.
