Trust Yourself And Trusting Others Will Follow

Life is so much easier when we include one another in our circles of responsibility.

Trust is a beautiful thing. It is closely allied to faith. Trust is belief in the truth of someone or something, a belief in the ability or strength; knowing you can depend on, belief in the honesty of, coming through history from words that mean protection, help, and being firm. So we believe in our friends and teammates. If we are lucky, we have grown up with adults we can trust, and who trust in us to be the individuals we are. How lucky we are when we have trustworthy neighbors and friends. Life is so much easier when we include one another in our circles of responsibility. The more people we include, the more we each seem to expand as individuals.

Wars result when trusts are broken. Families fall apart when trust is broken. Businesses fail when trust is broken. We start looking out for only ourselves, and our circle of influence contracts. We put more locks on our houses and buy more and more dangerous weapons.
A modern philosopher, L. Ron Hubbard said,"On the day when we can fully trust each other, there will be peace on Earth." But rather than waiting for everyone else to become trustworthy, "Be worthy of trust.", L. Ron Hubbard. www.thewaytohappiness.org @waytohappinesstampa
