To have a strong and infallible immune system, you must above all hydrate yourself by drinking plenty of water and liquids. Secondly, you need to sleep well for at least7 to 8 hours every day. This gives the body a chance to recover and be able to fight any toxins that the body has.

Sleeping is the body's detoxification period. You should eat a balanced diet with enough green vegetables that give you magnesium, and take vitamins or a vitamin supplement to complete the diet. You should also exercise, with a good walk, jogging or running daily for half an hour. This greatly helps the body to be in better health.
