Problems at Work are Not Always Solved with More Money

Many companies are affected by the economy or lack of prediction.

 
Many companies are affected by the economy or lack of prediction. The majority of their problems  are often coordination and the conflicts between the profits of the owners and the salary earnings of employees. Valid points, since a minimum wage established by the law covers the basic needs of an employee and helps his family with their minimum survival. This can cause employees to be stressed if they fail to pay theirbills of the month.

In this voracious economy the pressure of executives ontheir employees can be extreme, but maintaining the flotation of a company requiresa lot of experience and a very large purpose that the product being produced isreally required and desired by many people.  If the executives fail in this, it is a slow deathsentence or it can be very fast leaving many people bankrupt and unemployed.
