Every year thousands of people across the UK are diagnosed with carbon monoxide poisoning. It is a highly poisonous gas. You can’t see it, taste it or smell it, but it will kill quickly with no warning. Serviceteam have always taken Gas Safety seriously and all of their engineers are Gas Safe registered so they were only too happy to help promote GSW2012. The feedback given was positive and sparked their survey and new promise to ensure all customers fully understood how their boilers worked.
