What is a Confined Space?

The question that comes up is, what exactly is a confined space? By definition, a confined space is such an area that has a limited or restricted area for entry and exit. It is not designed for long-term occupancy. There are a lot of jobs that need the workers to enter the confined spaces. These include pump truck technicians, vacuum truck operators, construction workers, electricians, welders, scaffolders, and more.
