8 oz. Club Soda
Combine in highball glass and serve. Garnish with sugar.

Latin:

1 1/2 oz. tequila
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. cranberry juice
Splash of lemon-lime soda
Splash lime juice
Sugar for rimming and lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Fill tall glass or mixing glass with ice. Stir in tequila, fruit juices and soda. Add a splash of lime juice and stir again. Rim glass with sugar, and garnish with fresh lime wedge. Pour the drink into the rimmed glass and serve.

Rock:
“The Rock”
8 oz. Vodka
8 oz. Tabasco Sauce
Combine in shaker and strain into cocktail glass.

Electronic:
“The DJ”
4oz vodka
4 oz milk
8 oz Coco Lòpez
Combine in shaker and serve. Garnish with nutmeg.

Reggae:
“Bob Marley”
2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
3 - 4 oz pineapple juice
1 splash cranberry juice
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Malibu rum, then Midori melon liqueur (which will sink to the bottom). Gently pour in pineapple juice. Do not shake. Gently splash in a bit of cranberry juice. Do not mix. Drink will be layered, from top to bottom; green, yellow, red.

Classic:
Aperol Spritzer
2 ozProsecco
1 1/4 ozAperol
Splash of Soda water
Build into a champagne flute over ice, garnish with an orange wedge and serve.
