I had the gastric sleeve surgery 6 months ago on October 3, 2013. Since my surgery I have lost 77 pounds and have gone from a size 22 to a size 14. I have not felt this good since high school. i still have 40 pounds to lose, but I have no doubt that I can do it. I am working out 3-4 times a week and it feels great. This was the best decision I have made. I am never hungry and feel wonderful. Dr. Eslami and his team is wonderful. Lynette took the time to explain every step and kept me informed of all my results. Rondi was a great support and kept in touch with me after the surgery. She was available for all my questions and concerns. They are a wonderful group and I would recommend them to anyone. I am ready to start the next chapter of my life healthier and happier.

This is, by far, the hardest lifestyle change I have experienced. I had the Roux-en-y Gastric Bypass. In 18 months, I have lost 112 lbs, no more high blood pressure, GERD, and my thryoid is normal. Meds have pretty much gone by the wayside. Exercise, such as walking up and down stairs are so easy. No more loss of breath. I have experienced a reaction to the protein powders, so I have to rely on my diet to ensure my protein levels. Thanks, Dr. Eslami and staff for all your kind care and understanding, during and after my recovery.

Hi my name is Robyn. I would like to thank Dr. Eslami and his staff for giving me my life back. I had my surgery in March 2011 with a starting weight of 322 pounds. Since my surgery I have lost over 150 pounds. Having Gastric Bypass Surgery was the best decision I have ever made in my life. I thought about having surgery about 10 years ago and was not mentally prepared and couldn’t find a surgeon I connected with. Dr. Eslami is an awesome surgeon. Right from the start he made me feel comfortable and he is extremely knowledgeable. There are so many things I am able to do now like cross my legs, get on the floor and play with my son, lift weights and go zip lining. I even compete in 5K runs now. I continue to attend monthly support meetings through Dr. Eslami's office and feel they are very beneficial for my ongoing success. Thank you Dr. Eslami you have given me my life back.
