Pune: The Savitribai Phule Pune University inspected 112 engineering colleges in the city affiliated to the varsity. The committee has submitted its report regarding the 112 colleges, which is being cross-checked by the board.The process of cross-checking the report would be done by March, after which colleges would be informed about their performance, Gaikwad said. A committee formed by the varsity conducted this inspection based on the guidelines issued by the DTE, V B Gaikwad, Board of College and University Development at the varsity said.
