ATMA May 2016 computer based test preponed to May 8

 
The Association of Indian Management School (AIMS) has preponed the test date for its computer-based ATMA May 2016 session test to May 8, 2016. Earlier the test was scheduled to be conducted on May 22, for which the registration process started from March 2.
The official announcement on the website states ‘ATMA 22nd May 2016 Online Exam preponed to 08th May 2016’. However, there have been no updates regarding the changes in the application dates. The other test related important dates remain unchanged.

As per the ATMA May 2016 test pattern, the computer-based test will broadly have three sections each repeated twice with the same number of questions. The six sections are- Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills, Quantitative Skills, Analytical Reasoning Skills, Verbal Skills and Quantitative Skills. Each section carries 30 questions to be completed within the allotted duration of 30 minutes.
The total number of questions is 180. There will be 1 mark for each correct question and 1/3 of a negative mark for every wrong answer.
After the test, the ATMA May 2016 result will be declared on May 31, announcing the section-wise and overall score and percentile. The participating B-schools will declare their individual shortlists based on the cutoffs and conduct the selection procedure.
The July session test is scheduled to be conducted in computer based format on July 24, 2016.
