Eat nutritious breakfast

Eat a nutritious breakfast can make you have a smart brain. You will find it efficiently to accomplish your study and work in the day. It is also found out that if you have the habit of eating breakfast, you will be less easily to get fat and can have a better memory. A nutritious breakfast must contain the following three points. Contain enough moisture. Contain enough energy. Contain enough protein. An ideal breakfast should contain rich protein, carbohydrate and fibre.

Do not get to be angry from time to time
If you get to be angry from time to time, then the number of oxygen glands in the blood will increase rapidly. You will be easily to get sick or diseases if it goes for long. If you want live a healthy life, get rid of your temper. Spend everyday happily and optimistically.

Eat enough fruit everyday
If you eat some fruit everyday, you will have less risk of getting cancer and heart diseases. You can put your fruit in a noticeable place and make it convenient for you to eat everyday. You will be more willing to eat. If you do not want eat, you can cut the fruit into small pieces.

Spend 30 minutes in doing exercises everyday

If you insist doing exercises for about 30 minutes everyday, you will be away from many kinds of diseases and will have a healthy body.

Open the window
In the modern society, more and more people have to work outside for a day long and they have no time to have a rest in the day. When you get up in the morning or return home in the evening, remember to open your window to let fresh air in. You will more spirit and more energetic after breathing in fresh air. It is good for your health.
