In March 2018, the Trump administration has directed USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) to start receiving the petition for H1B visa. This latest update has made several aspirants happy to make their career in the USA.

Around 65,000 applicants file their petition every financial year. But this regime was ceased on the indication of the Trump administration. He implicated to give the native-Americans the first right to be employed. This rule made it a bumpy path for the would-be non-resident employees. The road had been blocked to go there as the visa petition was unheard since a long time.

But now, a little bit of amendment has been introduced for the attestation of immigration visa. The petitioner can apply for the premium processing. It is suspended. The immigration authority required time to process the bundled applications first. Also, the adjudication is also due who have completed 240 days there. Therefore, such decision was taken. But, the special cases can be considered for the same, like emergency, financial loss to the company, national interest, USCIS flaw, humanitarian ground or the interest of the USCIS.

The petitions would be meant for the next financial year (2019). The applicant can start filing it from April onwards. Meanwhile, the candidates must notify that only their signature would be acceptable on the application. The power of attorney holder won’t be able to ink the petition. The form I-129 and form I-907 would be submitted with separate cheques. The petitioner would face rejection in case he/she would pay through a cheque of combined payment.
The signature of the power of attorney would be acceptable only if the candidate is 14 or younger than this age. The altered rule will be implemented from March, 2018. The competent authority will immediately reject the application that is inked faulty.
