This way, the distribution processes will be transparent, replicable and traceable from their source to recipients. All these processes and functions can be saved in their document distribution platform, document management system in the team center, or it can be broadly automated.

The manager added, “We strategize and initiate a conversion solution together with you which automates all of the requirements surrounding file-to-document conversions. Our central conversion service also completes different additional tasks, which apply to document-oriented business processes: Documents are given a digital signature to show their authenticity and immutability. Metadata accompany the document so you can see what is happening in every step. And the document gets more protection in the event of being transferred via uncertain territory.

The company started rather small. In 1981, two resourceful university students recognized that plot systems management, especially with large format printing and paper optimization, were a challenge for many companies. They started to develop promising software programs, to meet these problems with success.
