Amid COVID-19, everyone from Government bodies, private firms, corporates, MSMEs are trying to come up with different ways to support each other.

The session will be hosted by Venkata Ramanan, Education Business Manager, ViewSonic India. Learning through digital is an effective way of bringing the classroom to students without placing their well-being at risk. With this form of learning becoming the new norm for students, parents, and educators have found themselves in front of screens, rather than in front of physical classrooms. Keeping a digital classroom engaged can be even harder than having all of them in the same room.

myViewBoard acts as an Encoder/streaming software that teachers need to download and students can join session Via Facebook and YouTube. The app comes with features like annotation tools, Throw, Pop Quiz, screen sharing, text-to-speech and speech-to-text to give a classroom feel and overcome challenges of digital classes like lack of face to face interactions, slow feedback for students and actual usage of learning tools like test tubes, compass etc. The app is available in various languages like Hindi, English, Tamil, Kannada.

Don’t let distance get in the way of teaching from home. Strong engagement and clear communication, even in distance learning, can yield the same learning outcomes as in a traditional classroom. The right tools and materials are needed to keep students learning.
