The new segment products include valves, sprinklers, hose reel sprinklers, controllers, drip line systems and center pivots for various commercial and agricultural applications such as lawn and golf sprinklers in 24 counties. The launch will not only see both small scale farmers and large scale farmers in all counties accessing the irrigation products but also the products that are formulated to optimize the use of water and eventually helps in conservation of water. Davis & Shirtliff is not only funding in the water sector in Kenya but also employing 700 workforces to work in East African countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Southern Sudan, the DRC in Central Africa and Ethiopia. In these countries, Davis & Shirtliff distributes equipment for the irrigation and water pumping systems and mainly in rural areas.

The Davis & Shirtliff, founded in 1946 in Kenya is a supplier of water-related equipment in the East African region. The company’s business activities are focused on 6 principal sectors in products- irrigation, boreholes, water pumps, swimming pools, generators, water treatment, and solar energy equipment.
