They offer Construction Jobs and are currently seeking a Site Manager to manage a new sporting pavilion project in Warrandyte. The specific role will require an immediate start with a project duration of approximately 8 months. Depending on the given circumstances, Mascon will seek to extend this contract following the initial 8 month construction period. One will also be part of a supportive team managing the construction of impressive projects. Great site conditions and exciting role is fully supported by an experienced project manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the BID process across all Hickory companies. The Bid Manager will be responsible for liaising with the key internal resources to ensure the most up to date and appropriate business practices are adopted in tendering. The successful applicant will also hold responsibility for the bid preparation, bid submission, tender negotiations and award of Contract in conjunction with other key members of the Hickory Leadership Team. In addition, one must possess the demonstrated ability to deliver on strategic objectives, an advanced knowledge of building regulations, contracts and construction, as well as demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
