Probably the most anticipated update to the SalesNOW tool is the upcoming integration with Gmail and MAC Mail email. The Add-Ins will also allow the user to schedule calls and meetings from their email, which will appear as scheduled items in their Gmail and MAC Calendars. Mapping has and continues to be a major focus of the SalesNOW solution. Two months ago a Geo-mapping function was released on the IOS devices that allowed users to sort contacts and companies by their proximity to the location of the user. This was a powerful addition to the SalesNOW iPhone CRM solution. After requests that this be a cross platform function, SalesNOW is proud to announce that the Sort by Location function is now available on all Android devices. Now mobile sales and service professionals can sort their contacts by location and even have the tool map their directions for them.

More recently, SalesNOW announced that by utilizing the Citrix Worx App SDK SalesNOW has embedded MDX technology into the application, and is now an enterprise ready, secure Customer Relationship Management solution to thousands of Citrix customers using any Android or iOS based devices. With Citrix MDX technology, SalesNOW can reside in a container, separated from personal apps and data on the user’s mobile device. This allows IT to set comprehensive policy-based controls such as data leakage prevention and the ability to remote lock, wipe and encrypt apps and data. SalesNOW will soon be made available to over 260,000 Citrix enterprise customers on the Citrix Worx App Gallery.
