One such enhancement that has been on the radar is the upcoming release of Gmail and MAC mail integration. Once released, SalesNOW users will have the ability save incoming and outgoing emails by using an Email Add-In that will appear in their Gmail and Mac Mail toolbars. From their inbox, the user need only highlight an email, choose to save the email to SalesNOW and from there they will be able to select the Contact, Lead or Deal record they would like this email saved under. This ability to save emails has been available for Outlook 2010 and 2007, with an Outlook 2013 Add-In set to release later this year.

Additions to the SalesNOW application are also constantly being the applied. An update to SalesNOW’s Android CRM application now allows the user to log call information immediately after any telephone conversation. The user can determine whether they would like this prompt to appear following all calls or they can request that the system scan the incoming and outgoing phone numbers to determine if there is a SalesNOW contact with this same number. Of course, once this call log has been saved in the system, and synchronized with the users web account, management will instantly be able to see the calls and work the reps are doing when out in the field using SalesNOW CRM for Android phone.

On the Web side, there have also been a number of enhancements to the SalesNOW import tools. A major enhancement made to the SalesNOW custom import utility is the ability to update mass amounts of existing data across the entire system without requiring that the user include the correct Owner of the record. Instead, the SalesNOW administrator can use their own username and the system will scan for existing contact, company, lead or deal records and update these records without changing ownership.
