Over the last several months, SalesNOW has been actively developing new ways for customers to get the most out of the SalesNOW solution.

Over the last several months, SalesNOW has been actively developing new ways for customers to get the most out of the SalesNOW solution. Many of these new additions allow organizations with different business practices to maximize their use of SalesNOW. Out of the box, these functionalities may not be available to users, however users need only contact the SalesNOW support team at [email protected] to have them enabled.
One of the newest additions to SalesNOW is the ability to turn on Accounts in the SalesNOW environment. The ability to view accounts is especially useful when the user’s business deals with subscriptions. For example, an insurance company can quickly view all of their customers, and find out exactly whenannual, or semi-annual payments are due. Unlike a deal which the SalesNOW system will look at as a single instance business opportunity, an account is a recurring deal. The account records themselves will add a new tab to the SalesNOW Online CRM environment that users can quickly refer to.
Another enhancement that many users will find advantageous is the ability to add a business hierarchy view. For many organizations, it is critical that they see the relationships between companies in their SalesNOW. For example, being able to see parent companies, intermediaries and reinsurers. This functionality is also a phone call or email away from being enabled. Once turned on, the complexities of business relationships can be quickly addressed as the user can quickly identify where the business fits in the big picture.
The most recent iOS7 update has brought with it a whole new look in the SalesNOW MAC CRM environment. The layout is clean and fresh and makes for the ideal iPad CRM tool. Make sure to update to the latest version of SalesNOW by visiting the App Store on the iPhone and iPad and update your version of SalesNOW today.
The final quarter of the 2013 year is nearly upon us and there are a number of new SalesNOW features that will be coming out shortly. Most notably, two new email integration tools are set to release in the final months of 2013 which include Gmail and Outlook 2013 integration. Once released, users will be able to quickly assign incoming emails to SalesNOW contact, lead and deal records directly from their email tool. The tool even allows the user to schedule meetings in their Gmail and Outlook Calendars that will then appear in SalesNOW.
