Until this point users have had the ability to add attachment files of all types from their web CRM portal, but were not able to access attached files on the device. SalesNOW representatives have expressed great enthusiasm with this latest enhancement saying that the new attachment functionality will not only enhance the users access to their critical sales data, it will also be a step towards making SalesNOW a more service oriented solution. The enhancement will also give SalesNOW users more flexibility when using their mobile devices. Out in the field, they will now be able to view PDF contracts, jpeg and Excel docs for their own reference.
