Seal performance test: at room temperature, into the nominal capacity of water, cover and then vacant inverted, 3h after the check. 2. Drop performance test: At room temperature, empty cans from any angle from the height of 3m free fall to the cement floor, after 3 times to be checked. Note: Seal performance test, drop performance test, thermal stability test, respectively, reference to QB2460-1999 5.7 and 5.8 and QB / T2665-2004 in 6.11. 7.3 Principle of Judgment 7.3.1 Determination of sensory and physical and chemical indicators in a single item * When there is an unqualified character, it is judged that the sensory and physical and chemical indexes of the sample are unqualified and no further examination is carried out. If there are other items in the other test items, double samples from the spare samples to re-check the unqualified items, if the re-examination of all qualified then the project is qualified; if still unqualified, then the project is not qualified. * Note: The physical and chemical indicators in these rules include: evaporation residue, potassium permanganate consumption, heavy metals, antimony, acetaldehyde, phenol, bleaching test. 7.3.2 Comprehensive judgment When all the inspection items are qualified, it is determined that the results of this inspection meet the standard requirements and meet the requirements for issuing the production license. If there is one (including one) or more, it is judged that the result of this inspection is unqualified and does not meet the requirements for issuing the production license.
