Chlorine dioxide: is a very effective bacteria disinfectant and even more effective than chlorine for the disinfection of water that contains viruses.
Muriatic acid- has the chemical name aqueous hydrochloric acid. It is used to control pool water, Industrial wastewater pH and to clean commercial pool plasters and masonry. The acid is also used to purify and adjust the pH of brine before Chlor-alkali production.
Soda Ash or Sodium bicarbonate: is also used as the pH adjustment chemical that is used in the pool to increase alkalinity. Sodium bicarbonate is an important chemical in controlling pH, alkalinity and the purification process in water treatment facilities.
