It doesn’t definitely go like that, I think. Many people don’t have much time in game but only carry out a fraction of the leveling. But the return of 12x XP allows them to enjoy the class storylines which they never get a chance to do at launch. Besides, some of players have just finished leveling up traditionally with their Empire toon, and this event will allow them to skip all the shared content and do the only different stuff they haven’t done yet, including class missions from every toon. At this rate, not only Bioware gets more subscribers back, but also players gain what they miss before.
