Three possibilities of Raids Overload

3. Noxifer is the herb that produces overloads, it is combined with the 3 combat potions to make an overload.

4. Now, the potion produced, is of 3 potential tiers, Weak, standard or Strong. At the min requirement, one can make the weak potions, and at higher ones, standard and strong, the requirements are for specific herbs, so reqs for all potions for that herb are equivalent.

90 Herblore is the Right Level of Raids Overload
