The well known Argentina lawmakers took a major step on Friday to have a right to legal abortion. Also, fulfilling a promise of President Albert Fernandez, who has made women's rights a central tent in his government.

The administration of the U.S President says in a statement on Wednesday that he is cutting $200 million in the federal healthcare funding to California. That state needs insurance providers to cover the abortions.
