May 20, 2019: Kia Jam is the CEO of kjammedia, and has been involved with the production of many motion pictures. He has produced the Jake Gyllenhaal - Jessica Biel starrer ‘Accidental Love’, which released this year. His previous film outings include titles such as ‘SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR’ and ‘Devil’s Pass’.

He has also worked as an executive producer for ‘Outlander’, the popular sci-fi action series, partnering with The Weinstein Company. He has been a producer of all the film projects of the independent film finance and production company Ascendant Pictures, of which he is the C.O.O and principal founder.

Before founding Ascendant Pictures, he served as the President of a Santa Monica-based independent film production company. He was also a part of Digital Domain, the visual effects provider for the movies of James Cameron. He has been involved in every stage of production of more than sixty television commercials, which include a Jeep commercial that won a Clio award. He has also been a part of the production of “Love is Strong”, the music video of Rolling Stones that was directed by David Fincher and won a Grammy award. He has been invited by the Harvard Business School and UCLA as a guest lecturer.
