Rick Pedrosa is a State of Florida Licensed mortgage lender. He is highly qualified and holds an in-depth understanding of business development, strategic planning, property management, real estate asset, leasing, operations, and loan servicing.

Currently, Rick Pedrosa manages operations, rentals, and servicing of heavy & construction equipment for multi-million dollar projects. He is also the Branch Manager for “High Tech Lending” in Coral Springs, Florida. He has been serving this position since 2008 and has successfully generated new business through presentation of bank products and provided loan counseling to a diverse clientele.

Mr. Pedrosa has affiliations with Florida Associations of Mortgage Brokers & National Associations of Mortgage Brokers. He is a certified ski instructor and enjoys training in jujitsu and krav maga. When he is not busy with his professional commitments, he enjoys boating and driving his Harley and Ducati motorcycles.

He began his career in sales, quickly overseeing marketing and eventually becoming the first Hispanic Director in the organization. This early experience, his dedication as a business professional, and more than 2 decades of added professional experience in general management, marketing, and operations with regional, national, as well as international firms and real estate development have earned him numerous successes. His areas of specialization include negotiation guile, market analysis, construction administration, plan development, site acquisition, contract negotiation, budget counseling, marketing, new business development, underwriting, relation building, and organizational skills. Mr. Pedrosa is a State of Florida Licensed Mortgage lender, and has received a plethora of awards for delivering exceptional services.
