Rudray Yogalaya you will get personal attention during classes because we keep just 5 to 20 students per class. We believe yoga is always been taught traditionally on an individual level because it is difficult to teach the more students at the same time. The course includes therapeutical asanas, theory class of yoga therapy for common diseases, anatomy physiology theory class on diseases, meditation classes, cleansing, pranayamas, yogic diets and much more.

A well-balanced diet chart will be provided by our school for various kind of disease according to the yogic treatment. The course also includes 3 times per day Satvic Bhojan (meals), accommodation in Mountain/Ganga view room and outdoor activities on Sundays. More than this, the course is well-scheduled for singles and couples, beginner, intermediate and advanced students who want to deepen their knowledge in yogic science.
