Where and when will the third Elite Dungeon take place?

Following The Temple of Aminishi and The Dragonkin Laboratory released this year, the elite dungeon 3, named The Shadow Reef will be released in February 2019, which is set in Ulthven Kreath.

Drawing on lore from Pieces of Hate, Nomad's Elegy, Til Death Do Us Part, and the Pirate quest series, the Elite Dungeons 3 will bring in a particular character, named The Ambassador, who plans to bring Xau-Tak to Gielinor with his other boss friends. The specific rewards from the Elite Dungeons 3 have not been revealed until now.
