Ananda Dairy, a leading dairy brand of India, is to launch its paneer product in Agra. The variants to be introduced include Rich Paneer, Premium Paneer, and White Gold Paneer, which will be made available from 25 June. Ananda Paneer will be available at all outlets in Agra around the year.

Ananda Paneer is an ideal choice since it is made from pure and fresh milk, which gives it a rich and creamier taste. It has high-fat content and low moisture content as compared to loose paneer available in the market. It has the perfectly smooth and uniform texture that is required for preparing mouth-watering recipes.

The product will be available in tamper proof sealed poly-pouch, which protects the paneer from the elements, allowing it to be stored in the refrigerator for up to 15 days. Ananda Paneer is easy to use, as it can be cut, fried and grated as required.

Commenting on the upcoming launch, Mr. R.S. Dixit, CMD of Ananda, said:“Paneer is the largest dairy product sold in terms of volume after liquid milk. So we are looking at a larger share in domestic market and eyeing export markets that have a huge potential. Also, there are practically no brands available in the packaged fresh paneer category in the country.
