Circuit training is the act of doing anywhere from 3 to 6 exercises in a row without resting. I should also add that a lot of the exercises will be based on movements and not specific "body part: exercises.

 
Don't do your crunches incorrectly. Part of the problem commonly seen among people that do crunches is that they do the exercise wrong.
