Rachael Reed has come up with an interesting crowd funding initiative, on the popular fund raising platform of Gofundme.com. This campaign has gained popularity as “Ugly Ducklings Don’t Exist”.

This campaign is launched on this web based fund raising site, with the aim of facilitating the prom initiative, taken up by the team of ThinkBigDreamBig.Org, in order to organize 1st Annual Beautiful Swan Ball. This event would be open for the age group of 13 to 17. This Swan Ball will take place on 6th of June, 2015. This event is going to occur at Greensboro NC at the Glenwood Center 2010 Coliseum Blvd, from 3 pm to 7 pm. This event is created to make all the participants happy.

This is a specially conceptualized event, which is going to take place to help out those children, who do not get an opportunity to attend dances and conventional parties, like the contemporary kids of this generation. There are kids, who were never asked to participate in such events before, due to some of their disabilities as well, as identified by the team behind this campaign.

This event is completely dedicated to such left out growing teens. This is going to be a formal as well as informal event, where they can come up wearing anything of their choice, including formal wear. This fund raising campaign is launched with the aim of accumulating some much required funds, which needs to be paid on the day of the event. The event organizers also need to hire a DJ and need to arrange the refreshments as well, for the day of the event. All these arrangement would be done, from the accumulated fund.
