There are various types of chaat .i.e. dahi puri, bhel puri, dahi vada, aloo chaat , aloo tikke, ragda patties, masala puri ,etc.

 
Chaat is a famous snack ,people every time carious to eat. Chaat is little tangy, delicious and savory that people are gratify to eat . People mostly love to eat chaat at monsoon.
People who are not from Mumbai(Bombay) they find chaat very hot and spicy, but can leave away. Chaat at road –side track from stalls and food carts in India.
Chaat is more popular in South Asia .We can make chaat at home because easily available ingredient and also easy to make with best savory and flavor.
The chaat is a mixture of potato pieces , tangy salted spices and other ingredient that make chaat “The World Famous Snack”.
Most chaat are originated some part of Uttar Pradesh in India , but they are eaten all across the India .Every people has its own method of making chaat at home or other road –side stall.
In cities where chaat is famous ,there are popular chaat stall and dhabas such as Mumbai Chow patty beach.
In Mumbai (Bombay), road –side chaat are found felicitous and savory .Chaat masala powder is the main ingredient that make chaat very savory and delicious.
Chaat ingredient are easily available and there are different types of masala i.e. Chilli powder ,ginger salt , black pepper.
Street vendor mix they own masala powder that gives different taste which is sprinkle on chopped up fruit and fresh vegetables.
