Jorge Ayala is already based in Latin America and is currently based in Sao Paulo and will frequently travel around Latin America to highlight potential opportunities, with Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela being the main countries of main interest.

Jorge Ayala started his career at Spanish based institution Banco Santander where he was a Senior Hedge Fund Manager. He then joined Kutxabank holding a similar role before joining BBVA where he was a Senior Research and Exploration Analyst of Natural Resources before relocating to BBVA’s Hong Kong office before joining Reynard Capital.
