CNT relies on the “Network Therapy” approach to help individuals achieve sobriety and remain abstinent over the long-term. Network Therapy involves education and counseling to the patient’s immediate family or other caring individuals who the patient turns to at the time of craving or crisis. CNT also employs the Matrix Model, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based models for a faster recovery. Moreover, Center for Network Therapy works closely with other substance abuse treatment facilities such as High Focus Centers, Center for Wellness, Endeavor House and Behavioral Health of The Palm Beaches to offer a wide variety of resources that the patient can access in case of need.

The medical Director further stated, “CNT was the first facility to introduce (And be licensed for) the Ambulatory Detox level of care for alcohol, anesthetics, benzodiazepines and opiates in 2013. Consequently, Ambulatory Detoxification is our forte. We have the experience to deliver safe and efficient Medically Monitored Ambulatory Detox (MMAD) from alcohol, opiates, benzodiazepines, stimulants, anesthetics, and other substances. MMAD as a safe and viable option to inpatient detoxification even for individuals experiencing acute withdrawal. We have a seasoned clinical team of ASAM certified physicians, nurses and therapists that monitor the patient closely during the detox process and deliver the best possible outcomes. Ambulatory detox is offered during the day and a typical Detox may take anywhere between 7 and 14 days, but the patient can go home at the end of each day,”

CNT uses similar medication protocols as inpatient detox programs but adjusts doses to an individual’s needs. The center provides all Detox-related medications – Suboxone, Librium, Valium, and so forth – at no additional cost. The professionals monitor patient progress throughout the day and titrate medications to the patient’s individual needs. The Ambulatory detoxification program includes group and individual therapy, and self-help groups. Family participation is highly recommended.
