The Adams Avenue Street Fair is surely an annual community-driven music festival located inside Normal Heights district of San Diego. It can be one of Southern California’s largest no cost music street fairs. Each year, it features over 100 musical performances across eight stages and also four beer gardens, an array involving carnival rides and over 300 martial arts & crafts and food vendors. In the past, the street fair has played a pivotal role in raising understanding local and regional talent and endorsing the Adams Avenue Business District as being a prime destination for entertainment and marketing.

This particular weekend September 24 – 25, will mark the 30th –anniversary from the Adams Avenue Street Fair taking locations across six different stages stretching across 8 blocks from the historic Adams Avenue. Over 70 musical acts is going to be featured throughout the weekend drawing approximately 40, 000 – 50, 000 people every day. The Adams Avenue Street Fair were only available in 1981 where it was held beneath the Adams Avenue sign on the corner of Felton and Adams Road. Over the years the Adams Avenue Street Fair has gradually get to be the largest free two-day music festival within Southern California, providing a much needed boon the neighborhood economy of Normal Heights.
