This Press Release intends to inform the readers that Hussina Paktiawal managed client transactions while working with American Airlines, Cary, NC (April 1999 – October 2001).

 
Hussina Paktiawal is a well-qualified professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA), Minor in Management from Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC. She started her career as an International Sales Agent for American Airlines, Cary, NC in April 1999. Her main job was to manage client transactions, such as exchanges, refunds, ticketing, reservations, etc. She presented product selection to the clients maximizing sales, profit, and satisfaction. She implemented all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, providing close and follow-up support, & managing everything in between. Along with that, she marketed promotions, and shared feedback with the management as well as marketing teams.

Currently, Hussina Jacqueline Paktiawal works as an IT/Informatics Analyst at Duke University, Durham, NC. She is also a Procure to Pay Specialist (PPS) and Financial Systems Specialist (FSS) at Duke University & Duke University Health System. Alongside, she runs a nonprofit corporation, Empowering Afghanistan through Education (EATE) to promote primary education in Afghanistan. Hussina is involved with several noted organizations that are dedicated to empowering Afghanistan in different ways.

She is also the Founder/President of Empowering Afghanistan through Education (EATE) and the Director of Nominations for Global Goodwill Ambassador (GGA) (United States/Afghanistan). Besides that, she is among the board of directors for Afghanistan Institute of Peace (AfgIP), Afghan/US Representative, and for Sahan-tv Media Network, Afghan/US Representative; & is a proud member of the Afghan Professionals network (APn) and UNESCO Education.
