Precious: Gold futures drop during afternoon trade in the domestic market on Friday as investors and speculators extended their positions in the precious metal taking positive signs from global markets.

During evening trade Nickel futures were little changed in the domestic market on Friday as investors & speculators trimmed their positions in the industrial metal to book profits.
