[b]Awad Rasras[/b] has more than 25 years of experience in teaching Mathematics to students. Right now, he holds the position of Mathematics Associate Professor at Jefferson Community and Technical College which is located in Louisville. It is the largest of 16 colleges that form the Kentucky Community and Technical College System. Their mission is to promote great programs and services in support of educational opportunity, lifelong learning and achievement of student as given below in goals:

1. Maximize the achievement of student with the help of an institutional which is commitment to effective teaching and support services.

2. Improve the readiness of workforce and economic development of the community by offering unmatched educational opportunities with the help of agreements with secondary school systems, adult education, community groups, postsecondary institutions and business and industry partners.

3. Offer an accessible, inclusive and safe learning and working environment.

[b]MA in Education[/b]

[b]Awad Rasras[/b] completed his graduation in B.S. degree in Mathematics from Birzeit University, Palestine in 1978. Later in 1985, he finished his MA in Education from the University of Kansas. As a highly qualified Mathematics Associate Professor, [b]Awad Rasras[/b] is also an active member of two recognized organizations that include Kentucky Association of Two Year Colleges and Mathematical Association of America.

[b]Enrollment at TWU[/b]

In 1983, [b]Awad Rasras[/b] has done his MA in Mathematics from Texas Woman’s University. This public university maintained excellent reputation as the largest university in the country which is for women and offers quality educational programs. It prepares both men and women for leadership with great techniques such as offering quality graduate, undergraduate and professional programs at a distance and on campus. It provides a liberal-arts based curriculum which is designed for students to be successful in the society.
